Direction for use*

Topical - Dilute 1-2 drops with life force's fractionated coconut oil and apply on the desired area.

Massage - Dilute 4 to 5 drops and massage on the affected area.

Inhalation - Put 1-2 drops in the inhaler and inhale many times in a day.
